One of the main reasons folks call us to because their old soffit ( with screen vents) have been breeched by squirrels, rats, or other creatures.
This is very normal for a home that is 10 or more years old. The solution is to have us install brand new VENTED soffit panel around the entire perimeter of the roof. This interlocking pure pvc vented panel allows proper attic ventilation, while keeping all of the animals out of your attic. We also install new aluminum fascia covering that protects the fascia wood from the rain and sun, while acting as a track for the new soffit vented soffit panel.
Your home will never need to have the fascia wood or the soffit panel repaired again (unless fire or other unforeseen events). The cost is very reasonable to give your home a major facelift.
The damage that can be caused from rodents chewing thru wiring and their feces and nests in your home can harbor diseases of all types. The sooner that you contact us is your only smart move.
We will come too your home and give you a very fair estimate to give your home the only form of protection that will keep the animals out of your attic while allowing the proper ventilation.
