It is my responsibility to keep these men working 5-6 days a week. ALL of these craftsmen have been in the business for decades. Each one of them are team players & take great pride in their work. They work quickly & super efficiently in all aspects of this specialty construction profession.
Our retail customers are (in fact) general contractors building large homes on the beaches & other upscale locations. We charge them top dollar & they know in this business you truly et what you pay for. Many times we will be the high bidder. For the contractors that know us, they expect us to be highest bidder. They happily pay for the magic we perform in a timely basis, on their project.
In between these high priced retail jobs, I MUST keep my crews working. If they are NOT working, they make no money. So, when homeowners need new soffit & fascia installed on a new home, or a "facelift" of the home they love that is in dire need of replacement of rotted fascia wood & ventilation upgrade of their attic area.
