Beware of very horrible work being performed by installers that have no idea what they are doing. We watched a competitor load up for guys from in front of Home Depot, that were holding up "work for food" signs.

Since the hurricane blew thru Florida, and over 1,000 families are moving to Florida each and everyday, Florida, is now infiltrated with scam artists and thieves of all sorts.

The pictures posted here are from a job being performed by some local "hacks". This company performing the Soffit and Fascia work on this NEW home are based in Tampa. The husband and wife business owners moved here from Michigan about a year ago.

The installers have been back to this home 4 times since the job started, trying to fix this horrible mess. The fact is that the homeowner does NOT even have a contract with this awful soffit & fascia contractor?

The homeowner possibly agreed to a quote over the phone. The homeowner then deposited about $1500 into the unscrupulous vendors account. This lousy vendor is now threatening to file a "lien" against the homeowner for an additional $5,000.

We simply do NOT understand how this could happen? The vendor has NO CONTRACT WITH THE HOMEOWNER. However, now the homeowner has been advised by his attorney to wait 60 days or so to wait for the vendor to finish the job to the customers satisfaction!

This entire situation is crazy. The Vendors who moved here from Michigan are a husband and wife team. They have large trucks with fancy lettering to look professional. They have done just 12 jobs in the past year. THEY HAVE FILED "LIENS" on 29% of the jobs they have taken on!

We have NEVER filed a lien on any customer's home in 44 years!

The absolute WORST work we have ever seen done!

There is NO WAY to fix this hack job! All installed aluminum must be removed and the entire job must be started from scratch!
